WOHA is an architecture firm based in Singapore acclaimed for its integration of sustainable design and socially conscious principles. The firm’s designs often encompass the whole built environment, including furniture and fixtures.
After fielding an increasing number of inquiries about purchasing its furniture, WOHA decided to launch a new brand called WOHAbeing, which would focus on high-end homeware products. In order to introduce this brand to the public, WOHA turned to Favorite Medium to create an online presence for WOHAbeing where it can showcase its products and engage with potential customers.
Working closely with WOHA’s co-founder Richard Hassell, the Favorite Medium design team led workshops to define the content, audience, technical requirements, and the overall look and feel of the WOHAbeing website. This collaborative relationship was key to creating an immersive website that conveys the WOHA philosophy of environmental sustainability and superb craftsmanship. The site doesn’t just showcase products, but tells the stories of inspiration and process behind the objects. Beautiful and informative, the site is also practical — our development team ensured that the site is easy for the WOHA team to maintain and update.
