In today’s world, saving energy isn’t just good environmental sense, it’s good business sense too. Nexant is a consultant to energy companies and businesses worldwide. It dreamed up software that could help consumers improve their energy efficiency.

What started out as a 3-month development project for Favorite Medium blossomed into a 4-year partnership. We helped Nexant create iEnergy, a white-label, consumer-facing platform that utilities can deploy to their customers. The platform helps customers understand their energy use, compares their consumption against similar households, and finds ways to improve their efficiency. Our team worked closely with Nexant from the earliest version to initial customer implementation and beyond. Through a series of test pilots with energy agencies across the United States, we continuously improved the platform. iEnergy fundamentally changes how utilities manage their data while helping consumers conserve energy and reduce costs.
