LumenLab, an innovation lab at MetLife with the goal of promoting a healthier life, has partnered with Flip Health to create a digital service that helps with early cancer prevention.

Cancer can be a scary topic to broach. Dr. Steven Tucker, a well-known American oncologist in Singapore, wanted to make it easier to talk about. Seeing a lack of robust cancer screening tools targeted to Asian populations, he asked Favorite Medium to create one that was approachable and easy to use.

Collaborating with Flip Health and MetLife’s LumenLab, we developed a quick and simple app that educates users on the risk factors for common cancers.

• Facilitated product planning workshop –user journey mapping and competitive review on medical assessment apps
• Created a look and feel that is accessible and suitable for anyone who is looking for clear guidance on cancer prevention
• Launched a MVP version of the responsive web app that works seamlessly both on mobile and desktop.
• Complied with Japan’s data privacy regulations
• Localized content into Japanese and English
